Step Two: Pack-out Process

Our dedicated will arrive promptly at your property to assess the situation with professionalism and care. Our experts will conduct a detailed inspection to evaluate the damage and identify any items or areas requiring immediate attention or expedited handling. From delicate belongings to time-sensitive repairs, we prioritize your most urgent needs and address them with precision and efficiency. For items needed back sooner—such as clothing, uniforms, or work computers—we also offer an emergency cleaning service to ensure you can get back to your daily routine as quickly as possible.

Step Three: Inventory Process

Once items arrive at our facility, we go beyond simply taking photos. We create a comprehensive record of each item in our care, noting any damages and providing a detailed visual report. We carefully document all items, including those deemed non-restorable, to provide a clear and complete account of what can and cannot be returned to pre-loss condition.
